Explore the skies for free-to-air programming FTA programming is digital but can not be received with a 4DTV receiver.  To receive them you need a Free to Air digital receiver connected to your C or KU band dish. Some customers are using a old primestar dish for KU band.

FTA Receivers are sold to receive Free or Free To AIR (FTA) Programming only.

FTA receivers with CAM modules can be used to buy Pay Programming if you have permission of the programming provider and have the proper access card.

FTA receivers can not receive Pay programming for free and if you ask how to do this or what you need to do it we can not answer you and reserve the right to not sell to you. It is a violation of federal law to modify equipment to receive PAY programming or to provide help in modifying such equipment.
