By submitting you understand and agree to the following:
We manually enter all orders into the system during working Hrs. M-F 9-5 Eastern time.
Orders placed close to closing time will not be processed until the next day.
Orders placed on a Holiday will not be processed until the next working day.
Orders placed early in the day most likely will be turned on the same day.
RETAIL SERVICES ARE UPGRADE-ABLE, BUT NON-CANCELABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
Monthly services cancelable only after initial billing period. 6% surcharge on the total cost of any unpaid or past due invoice.

WARNING: If any credit card order is listed as stolen or denied or if you do not pay your bill it will result in the following.

1) You will never be able to purchase programming for your dish again from anyone anywhere and

2) Your internet call is traceable. We will happily provide the appropriate authorities with all information necessary to find you and you will be prosecuted to the fullest possible extent of the law. Ordering programming for the weekend and not paying for it on Monday is theft of a cable tv service.
